- Return Conditions
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving the product. Returns are accepted if:
The product is unused and in good condition.
The product is in its original packaging with all original accessories and instructions.
Non-returnable items:
Items that have been customized or personalized (such as custom oil paintings in specific sizes and colors).
Clearance items and sale items are not returnable unless they are obviously defective or damaged.

Get Return Authorization

Packaging and Return Shipping
Please pack your item and all accessories securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. You are responsible for return shipping and we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Tipuera LLC is not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during shipping.
Processing Returns
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process a refund within 7-14 business days if it is eligible for return.
- Refund Policy
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method and will include the amount you paid for the item (shipping charges are non-refundable). Refund processing time may vary depending on payment method and bank processing time, but generally takes 3-5 business days. - Exchange Policy
